Applicant students can collect application form with the prospectus. After Study of prospectus carefully, fill the required details clearly in the application form and consider the following:
- Colored Passport Photo
- Your address with the phone number and your signature.
- Completely filled Eligibility Form and Enrollment Form.
- Migration Certificate for students of other university or Board.
- Original Mark sheet of last class and its two attested photocopies.
- Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate of previous institute.
- Original Mark sheet of secondary exam and its attested photocopy.
